The service provided by Rob and his staff is second to none. Dropped off a punctured tyre from the Territory for repair in the morning. When I went to pick it up, they would not let me leave till staff had not only removed the spare I was using, replaced the wheel, and put everything back in place. The service and contact is excellent and the pricing very favourable. Would not use anyone else and have been dealing with Rob and staff for too many years to remember.

Poor customer service seems to be what they now consider 'normal' and acceptable'
Having previously dealt with them, IpPlaced a set of orders following one of their numerous 'special deals' back in February with an indicator of 2-3 week delivery. Despite numerous email contact they still have not delivered. The latest email contained following verbatim statement from them ' am sorry you are not happy with my reply, but i offered you a refund as i could tell you were not happy and knew you wanted your books and we have a delay, i understand you want your product now, but so do all of our other customers who are waiting and some have been waiting before you, trust me i understand your annoyance, i hear from all of our customers every day and i am doing the best i can to get orders out as quickly as possible'.;. Not even the courtesy of a Name to their email.

Took the stepsons dog down for micro chipping and was totally impressed with the friendliness of both the receptionist and the vet himself. Robert made not only the dog, but those of us with him feel relaxed and as if we were personal friends.

Buying my new Leather Jacket and chaps from here was the best value decision ever. The prices and quality of goods throughout the store were much better than similar items in other similar stores. Very knowledgeable on the product and the use.

As Thai restaurants go, this is probably one of the most enjoyable I have been to. The small cosy atmosphere adds to the appeal and ambience, the staff are friendly and professional, and the food is always perfect. Great venue for a romantic dinner or a group get-together

Of all the small cafe style environments in the Cranbourne area this one is by far the leader. The staff are always friendly, helpful and willing to converse with you. The coffee is high quality at a very reasonable price with the food well presented and never reheated. The attitude of the staff towards making every visitor feel special is the cornerstone of this pleasant happy environment.
