Being a gaming store, they are very informative and comfortable with allowing you to look around, I explained my child's special need's and also the need's of my 5 year old in regard's to a gaming system, lay-by term's were explained clearly as was the best price option's, considering, I am on a lower income, all in all a happy atmosphere, and alway's fun to visit.

We were having my 5 year old son's Party in the under the sea room, It was very bright and cheery, the food was of good quality and the area lot's of fun, play time was exciting and each child was having a ball,it was nice to enjoy a coffee with hardly a peep from any of the children, the staff were friendly and the area's clean and well maintained, I found it wasn't as crowded as most play cafe's play.
I loved the convenience of parking and being able to leave the cleaning up to someone else which took the stress out of the day for a single mum like myself.

A lovely clean fresh atmosphere,we were a table of four with plently of space between table's, the free garlic pancake was delicious and the waitress was most helpful with accomadating for my 4 year old son, it wasn't a problem to provide extra plates and cutlery. I enjoyed a rissoto, cooked to perfection, my other family member's ordered a hearty looking burger and pasta carbonara, again the serving's were generous with perfectly cooked chip's and salad (with the burger), there are various dishes on the standard menu and the special's were Impressive. I would recommend this Cafe as opposed to other similar styled cafe's in this area. Mostly due to the great service and food.

I use Womo for a reference point before using a business or when looking for a service, I enjoy sharing my experience with other people, especially informing people of great service, or unfortunately a poor experience

Whilst appearing not to be busy, a stony faced sales lady, seemed more interested in her friend's visiting than my order. The food was average, but the lack of a smile and greeting, ruined ,my experience, as a customer.
She seemed bothered with my indecision and enquiry into the ingredient's on each burger and I felt compelled to pick something plain, that I knew the ingredient,s for.
I was really disappointed with my shop on this occasion.

Based the Victory church, Origin is a separate cafe with free play equipment and the safe area for the kids, the cafe is well equipped, with load's of seating outside the play area a viewing window comes in handy to keep an eye on the children, whilst located in the victory church ,It isn't affiliated with the church.
Entry is FREE, snack's, coffee and treat's are available for sale, (a little costly and my experience with the quality was a bit disappointing, but on a short staffed day, the staff managed well), It's a great place to meet with free water supplied for the kiddie's. Ages from 3 up to 12 may enjoy the great play facilities . Taking into consideration the free entry it rates very highly on one of the best places to meet.

We purchased a themed cake for a lawn bowls social day, I asked for an in between size,(approximately exactly between a small and medium), the lady obliged.
I asked for a green iced cake with round black lollies on each corner representing bowl's, just a simple iced green sponge.
I left a deposit and picked the cake up on the day, what I got was a heavy sponge, with uneven icing, not actually covering the entire cake or meeting the edges , each corner had a black and white humbug (these were meant to represent a round lawn-bowl (not quite what we had discussed).
It was too late to repair or save the cake so I took what I had and many of the ladies were touched at my thoughtfulness but agreed it was poor craftsmanship and not a nice sponge cake for $36.00.
Most cake was naturally, left over.
Sadly the owner of the shop made matter's worse when I returned to the shop regarding my disappointing, I
was met by her steely face, as she muttered something illegible as she walked out the back, she did not return to the counter leaving me feeling helpless and alone in the shop. No apology was offered.
I left the remaining green brick on her counter.
Sadly since these new owner's have taken over, the quality has gone down.
I had ordered several birthday cakes previously and they were lovely.
I warn off any potential buyer of cake's.
Sadly word travels fast and a whole bowls club tasted this 'green brick' cake, representing something the grand kid's made, I made sure all fellow bowler's new where I had ordered it and that I personally would never enter the shop again.

I was due for 4 extraction's, so feeling a little nervous to begin with , she put me in the chair with NO explanation of what she was going to do, with each needle inserted their was no prior warning, away she went, telling me after each we had finished, their were 4 in all, she offered NO pain relief for follow up care at home and 1 packet of gauze and a small typed care plan., Tissue's were put in my mouth upon completion. I cried throughout the procedure and at no time did she offer me a moment to compose myself, I left in an anxious and highly emotional state. I believe the whole procedure took less than 20 minute's for 4 extraction's, I believe shock set in and I just managed to drive to my sister's when the pain set in.
In term's of professionalism, I do not recommend this dentist to anyone. I wonder how she stay's in practice. I am still in enormous pain and will attend my g.p today. I feel disturbed by this experience and after almost every tooth being removed in the chair consider myself an expert on dental practice, student's at the hospital have done a better job. Overall I feel very sad.

Service is slow, the male pharmacist is one of the most rude, stoney faced people I have ever dealt with, all chances at conversation are met with the least of communication possible.
Stock in pharmacy item's is very limited and pricey and whilst their is an extensive range of lovely gift ware it seem's to cram the shop, prices are not competitive and the general feel in the shop is stale and negative. As a customer with children I felt forced to wait outside for my item's as breakable item's are everywhere, The shop is most un inviting and I would prefer to drive elsewhere.
