great product range and lots of stock, the only downfall is the uneven floor and trying to maneuver a trolley over the concrete that runs through some aisle, a recent stock changeover has made the store more spacious, I think some stock is so far out of date, the bin would be a better place, parking is adequate, and the checkout staff are 100 % fabulous, I recomend, check the dates of what you buy, some lines are still in date at a great price, some are cheaper at the supermarket too

what a great place of adventure to visit, with various rare and interesting animals, including a crocodile, Macaw, and roaming poodles, a cat, cocky and plenty to keep the kid's entertained, the stock is huge, well priced and their are many aquarioum's, one couldn't imagine being made, so their are many idea's for aquarium's, frog's, and small reptiles including enclosures and all one would need to care for their new pet, the owner's are delightful, friendly and your made to feel at home, I highly recomend at least a visit, and if your looking for a new pet, here is the place for idea's.

What a spectacular shop, the overall appearance of the vivarium's and enclosure instantly show these people are professionals, they are friendly, and have taken the extra time to speak with and allow my son(who has aspergers (Autism) ) to hold and learn more about each reptile, we are in the process of buying our first snake, and feel confident they will be wonderful with guiding and providing information where needed, I highly recomend these ovely personable people and a clean, fair priced business

I am so frustrated with the lack of stock on the shelves, including fruit and veg, service deli, and ESPECIALY advertised products on special, I have contacted them by email and recieved a pathetic reply, surely if a product is going on special you order ample stock where 5 out of 7 day's it is available, checkout waiting time has improved slightly, a need for more lines is required also to compete with woolworths

The staff are wonderful, but a HUGE staff turnover is due to these poor workers being overworked and understaffed for each shift, the staff make the business, otherwise I wouldn't support them in their takeover of service station's, petrol, food etc, Being 24 hour business, It is convenient, but the cheap bread, is just that in quality and the eggs are sadly cheap but NOT free range, If the manager's think "we" can't see how over worked their staff are and WHY there's new staff monthly, they are wrong, overall a very convenient business, bt at who's cost. the prices on grocery item's are astronomical if you get caught with no butter etc too. The drive thru is very well manned and fast using 1 lane for coffee, the other for smokes etc

good sizes available, sales lady ok until, I witnessed a non English speaking mum grab a balloon from the front of store display, (easily mistaken for a giveaway), a staff member, abruptly asked for it back as it was a "sale display", when the ladies didn't understand her request she proceeded to remove the balloon from the baby's hand's, Sadly where's the Christmas spirit.
