Very affordable restaurant offering good quality food and a relaxed atmosphere. It wasn't too ful when we visited and the food was delicious. The menu is quite diverse and the service prompt and friendly.
A wonderful night out like visiting another country. The atmosphere is very African with food to match. You can have strange but delicious dihes such as Rump Monkey Gland or very sweet Koeksisters.
Beautiful heritage listed building in the center of Perth. Easy access to main public transport. Affordable cafe with great atmosphere. Very good for office functions. Alfresco or lightly more formal dining room.
This is a huge park with ample space for picknic and even bushwalking. Inside this park is the Caversham Wildlife Park with a wide diversity of Austrlaian wildlife in neat and well kept conditions. There are staff to tell you more about native wild life and you get reasonably close to most of the animals.
It is a great way to see some of the history of Australia in Perth. You can even witness coins being minted and see a gold pouring demonstration. Or mint you own coin for a fee. There is a gold shop on site.
A beautiful botanic garden with a large diversity of tulips to see and photograph. Many picnic spots and a few BBQ's in the park as well. A short drive from Perth and a wonderful day out
You cruise in a glass bottomed boat for 45 minutes watching penquins and sea lions very close and easy to get to from a major capital city. The guides tell you all kind of intersting facts and you go reasonably close.
Children are given electronic weapons to combat each other electronically. They run a round in teams or indiviually and battle for position and to beat other teams. They are self entertained at a very reasonable cost. Parents can view all this from a platform or come back after having a coffe elsewhere.
This is a very affordable way to travel on the Swan River and get a different view of Perth. It is the ideal thing to take international or interstate visitors on. Lunch is even included.
These are fast ferries taking you from either Perth or Fremantle to Rottnest Island. The service is good, it is safe and stable, and fast. It is a very affordable way to go to Rottnest Island with a slightly higher fee for an extended stay.
