Robin is an amazing person with a great "bedside" manner, the other staff are great, too!! The service is very personal and friendly, the benefits for me have been amazing. There is also a podiatrist there too.

The staff make you feel at home, the decorations are as expected - something out of an Agatha Christie novel, and the food is magnificent. My friends and family have never once been disappointed and the sundaes are a meal in themselves (for 2 people!!!). A bit pricey, but well worth what you get...don't order too much and be prepared to share!!

I have found the move across the hall a mixed experience. There is a wider range of products but they still haven't managed to find a solution to the long queues or to offer a queries desk. The staff are friendly and have a great rapport with both customers and each other, something rarely seen these days.

The facilities are clean, the pools are sometimes very busy, but there is always room esp for laps, i was impressed with their water-saving request of keeping to 2-min showers, pity the patrons weren't so helpful there. The staff are friendly, and the price is worth it.

The last time i visited was for a friend's son's birthday party, and the staff were great and very flexible. The equipment was very clean and well maintained, and if we needed anything the staff were happy to help out if they were able. A very good experience, even though it was a little crowded.

The staff are busy yet friendly, the food is fresh and made in front of you, you choose what you want - pity they don't have bacon bits for the spuds though!!!

The staff were friendly, the food was great, the atmosphere was relaxed, the friends we took with us were that happy with the meal they paid for us!! The prawns and cashews were to die for!!

The staff are friendly and very helpful, the range of products is huge and the prices, even for prescription medicines, are the best in the area. Definitely going back!

Great healthy-tasting chicken, tasty fresh salads, hot crispy chips...Their chicken burgers are the best in Melbourne!! What else can i say...YUMMM!!!
