Simple Savings is a fantastic source of information about saving money in many areas, from babies to cars, food to fashion, groceries to utilities, plus heaps more. I’ve been a member for a few years and always find my membership more than pays for access to this resource. There is a forum where you can ask questions and people are happy to help. It’s only $27 to join and $21 to renew each year. I have saved thousands of dollars over the years. Highly recommend.

I recently bought a property and the real estate agent recommended Challenge Settlement. I found them very easy to deal with and accommodating to meet us after work. The fees were reasonable and everything was done to my satisfaction. I definitely recommend Jack Boyle of Challenge Settlement Services.

I recommend Sovereign Property Solutions because when I bought a property through them, they made the process easy and communicated regularly to let me know what stage they were at. Nothing was a problem for them, and minor problems were quickly resolved. Very happy to recommend.

I absolutely DO NOT recommend this real estate agent. They do not pay attention to detail. When I received a confirmation letter for the rental my partner & I were moving into, they had a different address listed which was not the address we were moving into. There was also incorrect information about the rent. Constant typos in written correspondence. Slow to respond to phone calls and emails. Quick to call you if you missed rent by a day or two. They don't care about you, just your money. Nothing but a total hassle to deal with. Do not use them if you value your sanity.
