This restaurant has been around for a very long time so they must be doing something right. I love the food here. The restaurant is small but it has a cosy feel. Lots of parking outside and service is friendly. If you have the Entertainment Book it's good value, otherwise it's a bit pricier than other suburban Indian restaurants.

I've been coming to Alice's for years. They used to be in to Thornleigh which was a lot closer to me back then. Their fried radish cake and char Kway teow is the best that I've had in Sydney. It has wok hei which not many other restaurants know how to replicate. I would also recommend the laksa. They do it right by using both hokkien and vermicelli noodles in their laksas. That's how it should be. Their kuehs are also very good. I wish Alice would open on the weekends as I do not work in the city.

Don't expect authentic Malaysia food and you won't be disappointed. I don't think the owners are Malaysian and the cook is definitely not Malaysian. If you dine here I would highly recommend the Chinese dishes and not the Malaysian ones as what they serve are definitely not Malaysian. Hainan chicken is not bad.....that's the only dish I kind of enjoyed eating. I would not recommend the Char Kway Teow, Laksa or the Prawn Mee.

This review is for Kinn Thai Resturant, Castle Hill NSW

This is my favorite Thai restaurant in Castle Hill. The food comes out really quick which is a bit of a concern....does it mean the food is precooked and heated up when ordered? Anyhow, all the dishes we tried were great, and we always order the soft shell crab. Make sure you book especially on weekends. This restaurant is a bit on the pricey side compared to other Thai restaurants in the area but it's understandable as it's in Castle Towers and I'm sure rental is not cheap.

This is one of the better Thai restaurants in Baulkham Hills. We have been here numerous times . We had the soft shell crab, chicken and cashew, pad thai, whole crispy fish, beef basil, panang chicken, mussaman beef and pad thai and they were all very good. Parking is also very easy with a council car park just on the side. Using the Entertainment Book will give you 25% off the total bill.

This is our favorite local restaurant. Service is excellent. Lisa always serves us so she knows want we want. We don't even look at the menu anymore when ordering. Quality of the food is fresh and delicious. Andrew, the previous owner still works on the floor a couple of days a week. Great guy, very friendly. He and his staff was the reason why regulars kept coming back again and again.

This review is for PappaRich, Parramatta NSW

Papparich is opening all over Sydney these days. Malaysian food is the new Thai and I'm not complaining. I love Malaysian food but it has to be authentic. I've been to Papparich in Chatswood, Canberra and Parramatta. I find I like the Canberra one my favorite. I like the Char Kway Teow and Nasi Briyani but I always get the Char Kway Teow when I'm there. The roti canai is not as good as Mamak's and it's a bit of a hit and miss. I've had it twice and once it was good and the second time the roti was stale eventhough I was there when they had just opened for lunch. Just a note about the Char Kway Teow, they use the narrower flat rice noodles similar to the size in the Vietnamese beef noodle soup. This is the type that is used in the Penang Char Kway Teow which is the type I like. So for those who have not had this dish in Penang before, they might think that they have used the wrong noodle but they have not. In terms of service, well you write down your order on a order pad and you ring the bell on your table. They will come over very quickly and takeaway your order form. The food comes out quite quickly as they are trying to have a high turnover on their tables. Be sure to get there early or you find a queue outside.

Been there a few times for yum cha. The food is fresh, good and of high quality. The service is as friendly as a Chinese restaurant can get. It's quite pricey compared to other yum chas. It's located in Parramatta Westfield so the 3 hour free parking is a bonus. I have not tried the dinner yet.

Good suburban Thai food. Service was also good. We were there for dinner so we couldn't see the lake or water views because it was pitch black. The restaurant is tucked away in a corner and if you have not been there before it's a little difficult to find especially at night. We used the Entertainment voucher so it was good value.

Loved this restaurant and have been here quite a few times but it closed down a couple of years ago. A bit on the pricey side but we always used the Entertainment Book.
