I've had about ten orders through brandsexclusive. They do have very good deals and are pretty honest about the way they represent their products on the internet. Customer service is great, I've had problems where items didn't fit me at all and I returned them for a full refund without difficulty

I've been using Ozsale for quite a while now and have completed about ten different orders from them. Most of them have been very good, although service is all via the internet they reply quickly and do genuinely do a good job.

This review is actually for the Knox store - I couldn't find where to review them so I'm leaving my comment here.
My husband bought my engagement ring internationally and so to find a matching wedding ring was quite a challenge, I realised I was going to have to have a ring custom made and after many negative experiences with jewelers who didn't understand what I wanted or how to achieve the look I approached Temelli jeweler in Knox. The Jeweler (Eddie) was fantastic! Even though my design was a little confusing he made exactly what I wanted at a great price.
They cleaned up my wedding ring as a bonus and presented them beautifully. I Love my rings and they did a phenomenal job.

Heather was lovely, she was very thorough and competent, I asked her too take my wedding gown in two sizes and make a french lace bolero.
Both of these tasks were quite difficult because my wedding gown was made of silk chiffon, beaded french lace and a satin underlay, she had to make quite drastic changes to these very delicate fabrics and she did so beautifully. My gown fits beautifully, it was a very reasonable price and she was polite and professional throughout.
