Their Grand Tiramisu cake is to die for! Almost worth looking at their dessert menu first so that you know how much room to leave for dinner.
Nice atmosphere, always relaxed and comfortable - almost like having dinner at a friend's place. I have been going there since my teenage years and will continue to do so.

Rates included breakfast at the time of booking, though you have to pay extra now. If I had to pay $150 room only today, I would shop elsewhere. The rooms are clean and modern (I believe we were in a refurbished room) but not particularly comfortable. The couch was hard and odd feeling and the room lifeless in general. I picked the hotel for the sensational views over the vineyard in the morning, but now that I have seen them I would stay elsewhere.

Good value for money if you want an iconic location, clean and comfortable facilities. Stayed for the second time recently, and whilst bemused by the 'pick-up' room service menu and the lack of a guest laundry, I would recommend the hotel. On site parking is available though rates are a little high compared to other hotels in the area.

Woken every morning of 3 day stay at 6am by the sound of tapping or leaking pipes in the walls. Paid extra for room with coffee machine but had to pay $2 per coffee pod and the machine didn't work most of the time. Rooms are spacious and clean enough, they have on-site parking and a restaurant. I think you could find better in the area if you looked

Perfect place to stay. Great rates, restaurant with fireplace nice. Lovely service and clean, modern and spacious rooms. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend Hannah for your microdermabrasion or skin treatments. She actually cares about your skin and how it looks. I won't be going anywhere else since finding her.

Love the location and the views. Nothing better than this place on a sunny Sunday afternoon. There are better places to eat locally though, avoid Northies food.

Got the room on special and I suppose you get what you pay for. Small dirty room, poor service, none of the advertised activities operating, internet down the whole week, no live music at the bar. A real shame when I booked a whole week there and was bored by the 3rd day. They wanted to charge me $5 room service fee when I asked for a knife to cut a piece of fruit. Would not recommend staying there. Plenty of nice family owned hotel/motels in that region instead.

Bistro downstairs is ok but if you go on a weekend in the warmer months, go to the bistro upstairs. Better views and generally have live music, also the menu and food quality tends to be better than downstairs. They have daily specials which can be good value ($5 steaks) and they do a delicious greek salad.

Great food, great service. I love the fact they are open all day and night, so you can have lunch at 3pm if you want! My faves are the fish and chips and the chicken schnitzel sandwich with their awesome chips. Highly recommended for a casual breaky by the beach (nice views) or a romantic dinner.
