You can get a form from most Pharmacy's you fill in your medical conditions e.g. Diabetes Low Blood Pressure etc. and other information

You take it to your doctor he will add any more details and sign it which gets sent away

Then in the mail you get a card with your medical problems and your doctors name and work number and your choice of necklace bracelet or dog tag also contains info encase of an emergency like your blood type

St John Ambulance can read if they find you on the side of the road or in a car it could save your life I recommend the necklace 1

I lost 2 of the bracelet ones as they must have got caught on something and I didn't realise and became undone and fallen off the pendant one is easy slip on and off and is easy to see

I think they now come in gold as well

Any changes need to be updated by you and your doctor like medication changes etc.

Good Idea for kids or any one that have food allergies so the teachers and other people see it

They have a deal at the moment enter code FRIENDSJOINFREE it means you don't pay registration fee not sure how long it last thou

This Is like the other ones like Magnamail Health Pride etc.

Has products for all sorts of things like cleaning windows to gardening to bird feeders to cleaning the roof etc.

A lot of these products are quite reasonable priced and I haven't seen them in the shops

Most have simular products and prices worth getting a catalogue sent out or emailing to there list

There's is some great gadgets for xmas and bday ideas in them

If you spend over a certain amount you get some gift half price and you always get a free gift

I caught up with a friend on the weekend at Joondalup
She was very happy to see this pop up store there

They have other stores at Midland Gate Innaloo Westfield Floreat Forum and Rockingham

They sell a range of Mats Bracelets Earrings Lamps Ceramics Soaps
Its a Turkish store and a lot of the bracelets have certain symbols on them which mean certain things also symbols like Rose Tulip Carnation Cintemani Leaves Chrysanthemum Tree Of Life The Nazar Pomegranate the Scroll

You can get them on a pamphlet with a bit of information but there was other ones like mini hands eic.

I would personally ask before I purchased

I remember years ago When So Good Milk first came out there was one flavour and I didn't like it

But now there is a whole lot more flavours that have come out over the years

What I get is the Coconut and Almond milk unsweetened is the best I have found

I tried a plain Almond but I personally found it was a bit bland the Coconut gives it that extra flavour

I also use it as a replacement for cooking its really nice

Its Lactose Gluten and Cholesterol Free

I get it at Coles or Woolworths one of then will often have it on special for $2 a L

Its in the long life milk section

I just tried there Gluten Wheat and Nut free Muesli

It is light and pretty tasty

I had it with Almond and Coconut Milk

The box on the side shows what's in it clearly

It has 37% Fruit Seeds 22% as well as other things

Its about $6 for 500 grams from the health food section I got it at Woolworths

They had ones that were fruit free also I think

They do same really tasty muesli bars fruits seeds and grains but also nut free and gluten and wheat free

I like this as it is the no sugar one

Doesn't have a sweet taste like some do or a funny after taste like some of the no sugar ones can

You can get it from places like Woolworths for $2 for a 2L bottle less if on special which it is often

They also often have the 1.25 as a deal 4 for....$ they have a price for both so what ever works out cheaper per L
sometimes smaller bottles do

Sometimes they do a really good deal on them on the carton if you get 2 it can work out simular on price to the bottles and they are handy to have

I keep some of the bottles give them a wash out fill them with water and use them to water plant on my balcony

If you get some of the orange spikes that have the two pin prick holes on the side half fill the bottles and screw them on its better if you only half fill them the water doesn't come out as quick

Good if its a hot period and you want to go away for a few days or even if you have then full and some one can come over and just pour some water into your plants

If you are a doughnut person these are meant to be the best ones

There is one opening at Whifords on the 26th of November at 8.30am they are giving one away to each person

I think a few more stores in Perth are opening up also

There is a Donut King at The food court so it will be interesting there use to be a Puffin Fresh but that left as well as the Pretzels to go

But have been told this is different these are the best ones

This coffee comes in individual bags the ones I get any way

It comes out looking like a tea bag but its coffee

Comes in boxes of starting from 18 28

Good if you don't want to have to worry about it spilling as they are individual serves

A few different flavours like Italian Espresso Kenya

I like them as I don't drink coffee but they are good to have for guest and last a lot longer with out going off

I use to get a 50 Gram jar of Maconna and throw most of that out as it would get opened then just sit there and go off but with these you pay a bit more but only open as you need a lot less waste

It would be better if they or someone else did a 10 pack like you can get in the tea as not everyone drinks tea or coffee but do like to cater for guest when they pop in announced or unannounced for a cuppa

I got a small packet 8 from Iga Carine Glades Shops
