The stores are pretty good as well as the staff

But I do normally Google what I am after so I have an idea on price before I go in
And make it clear I'm on a budget and how much I am willing to spend so I'm not shown the most expensive phone's they can find and tell me its the best

As the store prices and shop prices and online prices may be quiet a big difference from store to store it pays to shop around or wait for sale times if your not in a hurry

You also don't want to be sold something you don't need

So if you have a problem with your phone e.g.

I would probably ring someone first find out what they suggest so when you go in you will have an idea not just being told something and your not quite sure if that is right or not and your being over quoted or over charged or something's being fixed that's not broken

These Are really good mints that are sugar free

They come in a great flip top metal container that you can use later to put change or whatever in

I love the Mint and Spearmint the cinnamon I got 1 time it was way to hot for me

There great to just throw in your bag and if your out have a couple

Its not a box that's going to crumble in your bag and you have them every where loose

I really like diet drinks and this doesn't have that funny taste that some of them can

It comes in a Cranberry and Boysenberry Apple and blackcurrant is what I always get and I think I have seen a Punch one as well

I get it at Woolies I have it fairly weak so its just like water but enough to still just taste it just takes the heaviness of water away if you don't like drinking water and find it hard

I drink 2l a day and really enjoy the flavours that I pre make up in a heap of 2l containers and leave in the fridge so its always nice and cold

For people who cant eat wheat dairy gluten etc

It's been around for quiet awhile now and is a lot better and a lot more choices

When it first came out it was quiet heavy but now there is heaps of choices like light fruit loafs multigrain bread rolls

Its a bit cheaper from them direct than health food stores and there site says free del they del a few days a week

It should be a bit fresher

I remember eating it years ago when it first came out could hardly ever find it and when you did always seemed to be a bit stale

If your looking for more alternatives try rice syrup its like a honey but not as sweet and there's nutalex for a spread like margarine but has I think no dairy Its not huge on flavour but if you have to give up dairy and you just want something to spread on your toast its nice with the rice syrup

Coles has the Organic kind of Rice Syrup for half the price as the health shops charge

I get 4 loaves of Wupper light and that last me about 3 weeks get 5 if you want a months worth

I also half each loaf and put them into a resalable bag 20 cmx25 cm you can get the 50 packs at places like Red Dot for $2 a bag I put half in one bag and then leave half in the the bag it came in and put it in the freezer it means you don't have a whole loaf sitting out getting stale

That also depends on how many people plan on eating it
