Absolutely fantastic service. Our Pilot Phil was a true professional and a great guide.If you would like the best way to view Coffs Harbour , without a doubt you have to jump on board with Strath Air Helicopters Coffs harbour.You will never forget it.We flew over and around Coffs for 15 minutes at a cost of $280.00 and the best $280.00 i have ever spent. My son and i were left in awe. You must book a flight . Its the best . Thankyou Phil for making my first flight so memorable..Your a champ mate.

As you can see by my previous ratings i usually rate quite well of my local businesses but i have to let you know that this newsagent rates as the worst business i have ever dealt with.I entered this newsagent some weeks ago and asked politely for my weekly lotto and paper and was in total shock when the young lady serving me failed to smile or even look at me.There was no acknowledgment at all that i was even there.After leaving with my own thoughts about the service i just encountered I thought to myself that no one could honestly be in that type of a customer service role and be like that all the time.So Two weeks later after thinking to myself that the poor girl must of just been having a bad day i decided to go and grab my lotto from this shop again.Well i am still in shock as i write this today.This time I was totally ignored and made feel unwelcome and when my change was given to me it was actually thrown across the counter spilling onto the floor with no apology given. I just can`t believe how rude of a person this woman is.Not wanting to accept that this person is just a rude shop assistant i asked my mother to frequent the shop a day or two later to see if she was treated any better.As i thought this lady just might of had an issue with me for some unknown reason.After mum visited this shop a different woman served her and she was in shock as well after being treated rudely and made to feel unwelcome and once again no smile or hello or even a thank you.So one last attempt to see if these people are even human i sent around two days later my elderly friend who is 75 years old.Now you would think anyone would be nice to an elderly woman but these rude people were amazing they ignored my elderly friend serving 4 people in front of her and making her feel unwelcome with no greeting , smile or thank you. How you people are still in business is beyond me.Never again will you take up any of my time or anyone that i knows time for that matter.The rudest newsagent in Coffs Harbour....ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL......(You should not be able to hold a license) .....

OK I'm not going to beat around the bush here.This bakery without a doubt bakes and sells the most delicious pies , bread, cakes you will ever taste.I live in Coffs Harbour and when i can i often take a drive to Kempsey to visit this bakery to stock up on some of their pies, cakes etc.Absolutely superb and the staff are wonderful as well.

I Have had insurance with this company for years and never had a problem. I have unfortunately had to claim on some policies and the NRMA have always been fast & efficient with their claims.If you look at all the insurance claims from the past floods here in Coffs Harbour you will see that the NRMA have paid out all of theirs while some other insurers are still arguing.

Have purchased a few products of these guys over the past few months and have always found the staff to be helpful courteous and very knowledgable about the products they sell.Great prices as well

I took my son here previously and found the whole place a delight to visit.The Youngsters love to have butterflies land on them and the staff are great.I learnt a lot about these little critters myself. They also have some amazing souvenirs

Great place to visit with your Children and some of the rides are great as well. Have some good souvenirs to take home and we always find the staff friendly and polite.

I bought some ps3 games here along with some ps3 accessories for my son and was delighted with the staff.They didnt try to up sell me on any of my purchases which was a nice change compared to some of my recent dealings with electrical sales people.
