I have never been more relaxed in my life!! The treatments were fantastic and the staff were experts in the field, they took great care in personalising the treatment and ensuring that I came away radiant and pampered.

I love this gym, it has a family feel and offers great classes, good machines and supportive staff. I really appreciate being able to work out at 5.30am in the mornings on weekdays, at it fits right into my daily routine. The value for money is great!

The Swallow Rock Cafe has had new owners since July 2010 and the quality of the food and service has become incredible. We went on a Friday night for the Tapas special and loved it! The food servings were very generous, we couldn't finish most of it and there was a great range of dishes as well. There was also live music, which added to the experience.
I have also been there quite often for breakfast and would highly recommend the coffee and banana bread! Definitely worth a visit, but you may need to book as it does get very busy.

The atmosphere can only be described as buzzing. The staff are efficient, friendly and knowledgeable about what they are selling. Definitely wash your meal down with a Golden Ale!
