Lifting and working too much at work. Was on a working visa. Luckily found out that it was more than just muscular pain. Long strory short, eventaully down the line got appointed to George. Explains the muscles and bones in dummy terms. makes it so easy to understand and made me interested in understanding. I was out of work for 6month. Got me back on my feet, strengthened my core and body again and showed me how to combat my problems. Will effect me for the rest of my life but he showed me that with some stretching and a little light intense work to my body that i can manage my problem.
