Ariapilates has changed my life. The instructors are professional, safe and lovely. Ive gone from feeling frumpy and weak, to having a stronger core, a better posture and a feeling of inner skinniness. I am more confident and all my friends keep asking me how I lost all my weight! Pilates!!! I can also now lift heavier weights at the gym, do chin ups like I've never been able to before and feel so much fitter and happier with my life.
