Dear Jenny,
I want to send an enormous thank you to you and your amazing team for what you have done for me. In just a couple of short hours, you have taken away something that was my shame and my nightmare and have given me back the very real hope that I can reclaim my home and my life.

Making the initial phone call, and admitting to a stranger that I have a problem and need help was extremely emotional and difficult. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the way in which you spoke to me and reassured me that you can help.

When Debbie and Mary arrived, their bright, positive energy was infectious. They were so reassuring, genuine and encouraging. Not once did I feel like anyone was judging the mess I was in or looking down at me. I was very sceptical about how much could be accomplished in just 3 hours and can honestly say I am stunned. You all went way above and beyond what I could have ever expected. I am moved to tears and more grateful than I have the words to express.

Up until your help yesterday, I was unable to even open the door to that room without ending up in tears and despair. Last night, thanks to you and your amazing team, my daughter and I were playing in there, laughing, and planning what colour to paint her walls (pink with rainbows and ‘Frozen' blankets for her bed!)

So, thank you, from the bottom on my heart for helping me to reclaim my home and my life.
