I have been working with Pia professionally for some time now, via my business which does general maintenance, common area cleaning,gardening, tree pruning, bin cleaning and pest control.

I find Pia easy to deal with and very clear with her instructions.

Any issues that arise are easily dealt with and her business acumen is best bar none.

If I personally had an investment property or a property I lived in needed to be professionally managed , I would certainly be using Pia for all the reasons I have stated above.
