I have been here 3 times since it opened in the latter part of 2011. & both Donna & Nick have cut my hair. The first time was a spur of the moment walk-in to try to find a decent hairdresser - & was I pleased I did!. Although I only asked for a trim, Donna took great care to make sure her cutting suited my hair type, and gave me a style that was elegant, well suited to my 'senior years', but also very fashionable. I was amazed at Donna's skill & attention to detail that ensured a great cut - easily the best I'd had for years of trying just about all the local hairdressers. Lush has excellent prices for seniors but unlike many salons, you don't get a quick 'seniors cut'. You don't get a coffee but who wants that when you get super service at a real 'value for money' price - and a great hairstyle that's brought me many compliments & makes me feel half my age. I'm certainly not going anywhere else.

First popped in here when I cold see there was no-one waiting & I needed to change my hairstyle due to a major operation on my head. Staff were very caring & helpful with suggestions & I haven't been anywhere else since. Always get a good cut, whichever staff member attends to you. Good prices for seniors & their loyalty card gives you every 6th cut free.

I checked out a few local hearing/audiology centres in Penrith for prices of hearing aids & found most are closely linked with a specific hearing aid manufacturer that governs their prices.
At Nepean Audiology Service, I found Chris Johnson welcoming & helpful in discussing the various options for me, & he was able to provide a suitable device for me at a lower price than that recommended by other providers.
Chris was very generous with his time, taking care to explain features of my hearing loss & benefits I could expect from hearing aids. At no time did I feel rushed into making decisions and I had all the advice & help I could hope for - plus a considerable cost saving. I have every confidence that Chris will provide the same high quality service in any follow-up consultations that might be necessary over the years.

Discovered Electro Seconds during a web search for an upright frost free freezer. Price was way below other sites (& I checked out a lot!). I used the email link on Electro Seconds website about seeing the freezer at their Glendenning outlet & within 1/2 hour, received a friendly, professional & helpful response from Behrouz at their Parramatta outlet. Their Glendenning outlet is closer to me, & Behrouz had thoughtfully forwarded a copy of his response to Glendenning & when we arrived there Sunday lunchtime, Sam provided more friendly & helpful service in purchasing, & arranging a delivery time that was suitable for us on Tuesday. (Although they are 'Electro Seconds', they also sell new items, which our freezer was.)

Behruz rang on delivery day to confirm arrangements. We later received a call from Glenn the delivery guy to let us know his expected arrival time, which was spot on. He unpacked, set up the freezer & removed all the packaging, with the Electro Seconds trade mark of super friendly helpfulness & efficiency.
We're thrilled with the freezer, the price (which beat everywhere else hands down), and above all the outstanding overall service provided by Electro Seconds. Cannot recommend them highly enough!
