Carmel was really clear and upfront in her communication with me about my car and the repairs it needed which was great. She also prepared a list for me (with quotes) for things I still need to get fixed, so I can budget for these repairs in advance. And as part of the service, Bill adjusted the drive belts on my car for free which I really appreciated.
