Experience was excellent, I wanted to take the plunge and go for a big chop and was looking for the best hairdresser that I could trust. After reading reviews from this site, decided to book an appointment with Yan. My hair was below shoulder length and I decided to cut it short e.g. Rihanna short. When I showed Yan a picture he knew exactly what I wanted. I took my mum as well as she was in need of a major trim. We both walked out very happy and will definately be back.
