Good customer service both in showroom, and communications by phone. Installer was also very professional, and friendly. Work was carried out at the stated time, and duration, with a reasonable cleanup thereafter. Went for the largest solartube option as we had a very central room with little windows, result was pretty good all in all. We got what we envisaged for a result.
