I had the same experience as many others in regards to this Builder. I found Mr. Edmonds mis representing the truth in regards to many issues in regards to the building progress. Not providing building insurance as required by law within the appropriate time frame, engage in building contracts where his licence had expired,
charging GST when not registered for GST just to name a few. AVOID THIS BUILBER ... he trades under various trading names, remember the name Mr. PETER EDMONDS
