This review is for Toshiya, Cremorne NSW

Restaurant Toshiya in Cremorne is hands down, one of the best Japanese dining joints I've ever been to. And trust me when I say I've been to a fair few!

Toshi and his team really make the effort to not only serve up quality food, but also provide a genuine and warm Japanese dining experience. My partner and I head here a fair few times a year to celeberate milestones and special occassions, and have never left disappointed or underwhelmed.

We normally opt for the 2 person banquet (there are 2 banquets) which is not only affordable (especially given the freshness, great taste and amazing presentation of the food) but is also the best value for money. Suffice to say, come hungry and don't plan too much after dinner/lunch!

It's a great little location on Military Road, and a perfect spot for a pre or post-movie dinner, with the Hayden Orpheum basically across the road. The place is BYO (wine only I believe) but they do have a decent drinks menu.

If you're after a decent Japanese dining experience, head over to Toshiyas and definitely book beforehand!

I ruptured my ACL during a game of soccer back in May 2018 and went ahead with an ACL reconstruction in July the same year, following 6-8 weeks of prehabilitation.

At this point, I was referred to Mike Brace who runs Prehab Physio and enrolled myself into his 6 (?) week program. Having done about 3 rounds of the program, I can honestly say I'm glad I went. I really enjoyed the classes and ended up looking forward to them each week.

Having the strength I have now is a testament to the guidance and support I received at Performance Rehab. Mike was there to help me improve and pushed me in the right direction throughout my recovery journey. His classes are small and tailored to individual needs, so no one feels left out or left behind.

Mike has built a great little community of people from all walks of life who are united by a similar and unfortunate injury. Having the ability to voice your thoughts/feelings/concerns with others has been invaluable.

Would definitely recommend if you're looking for physio help post ACL reconstruction.

I've been going in to see Dr Su Min Lee & Dr Natalie Chung for a number of years now and have had a positive experience every time.

Both dentists ensure their patient's feel comfortable and relaxed, and understand exactly what each visit entails for peace of mind. While I haven't (thankfully) had major dental work to date, I do rely on Dee Why Dental for my bi-annual general check-ups.

So far I've recommended a number of my family and friends to switch over to Dee Why Dental and invite you to as well!

This review is for Celebrations By Cate Marriage Celebrant, Freshwater NSW

I engaged Cate to be my parents' wedding celebrant back in 2018.

They were after someone local to the Northern Beaches area, who was warm, reliable and approachable, who understood their needs and expectations, and who genuinely clicked with them.

I posted a job on Oneflare and Cate came up as a top contender. After initial online discussions, my parents met up with Cate face to face at a local cafe and came out feeling quite excited.

Cate was a great listener and was very professional, trying to incorporate as many things that mattered to my parents on the day as she could. Although it was a small family-only wedding, we all felt prepared and Cate was great at pulling together an alternative ceremony location on the day as our original spot was no longer ideal due to poor weather.

Her pricing was reasonable and we overall had a positive experience. Would definitely recommend.

Approximate cost: $500
