Early lunch here and sausage rolls and coffee was the choice. Busy spot which has also incorporated an information centre which is helpful. Have been here numerous times when travelling this way and have always been happy with the service.
Stayed here on the way home to Adelaide. We have stayed here before and we find it a well run park with welcoming staff. It has a variety of accommodation options from caravan sites, cabins with different levels of accommodation and clean amenities. Playgrounds etc for children are here too.
We did a tourist drive over to Churchill Island and had a coffee at this cafe on the heritage farm. A very pretty drive and we also had a walk around to enjoy the area. Lovely that there is an info centre and cafe here to complete the experience.
I visited this complex with my wife and enjoyed the many displays here. There is a history of motor sport which brought many memories from the past, an exhibition of motor bikes, a cafe and the pleasure of seeing this track that has a view of the coast. I most probably enjoyed it more than my wife (as expected). She enjoyed the cafe.
Enjoyed shopping for our daily requirements in this IGA store. Apparently it was the first supermarket in Cowes. It was well stocked with our requirements and had easy parking and friendly staff. Nice experience.
After a walk around Rhyll we enjoyed a coffee at this lovely cafe and restaurant. It had a great menu but we only indulged in coffees. Would love to go back some time in the future to sample the menu.
Lovely and relaxing spot.
While touring around Phillip Island we came across this winery and cellar door. $5 ea to taste but refunded if a bottle or more is purchased. We enjoyed a cheese plate while tasting and purchased a bottle of Cabernet Sav. Very well set out with knowledgable staff who are friendly as well.
Decided to have a meal here at the bistro in the RSL club and found out that we should have booked. So we did so for the next night and we thoroughly enjoyed the steak dishes that we selected. It has a large dining area and a friendly atmosphere and is very popular. Worth a visit
We had a week at this resort and used our time share for it. We were comfortable in a two bedroom cottage which had a good kitchen and sitting and dining area. Front and rear decking so we could chase the shade. We ate else where as the cafe was expensive and the pizza shop did not appear to be open. It was clean but did still need maintenance on the doors so that they would open easily. One dirty cup (as mentioned on another review. Pleasant setting in trees.
Another meal of fish and chips for dinner. Takeaway with one battered fillet and one grilled fillet. huge serve of chips and all nicely wrapped. Nothing like fresh fish when it is well done.
