I have a shoulder injury and can't lift my arms. The girls wax my legs then as a special service, gently wax under my arms for me. You can't imagine how nice it is to have something done for you that you can't manage to do yourself, particularly by such nice, sympathetic ladies! The shop smells heavenly and is always cool and calming.

My husband and I used to come here quite often because of the outstanding service and the food was quite lovely. We slowed down last year and now don't even consider going because there was one older lady serving regularly who treated us with contempt. At first we thought it was a one off thing, but each and every time she served us we felt unhappy. A great restaurant spoilt by one person's attitude.

This store is the best Mcdonalds in Brisbane!. The owner is fantastic with a great rapport with his staff. He is always on top of things and quickly sorts out any problems. This is the benchmark for all McDonald training and service. The food is always fresh hot and yummy - and the coffee is above the normal standar for the price.

Caring family vet with an emphasis on personalised diet advice and individualised treatment. When our cat died, we received a beautiful card signed by all the members of the vet team and we really appreciated their extra effort.

We have been using Matilda service station for our automotive needs on and off for as long as they have been there. We get our Gas tanks refilled with a far cheaper price than anywhere in the area, we often hire their trailers at very competitive rates and we have never had any problems with their fuel quality. A great business overall.

Dr Choong and Dr May have been our family's doctors for ages and Penny,Bronwyn and Claire never show us anything but first class service and courtesy. I hope we never have to choose another Family practice.

We were pleasantly surprised by our experience at this bike shop. The young salesman, Brayden, attended us straight away, showing maturity and a knowledge of bikes in general and not just in his own sphere of interest. My husband and I came away with a very positive feeling and glad that we had come to that shop.

We were courteously shown to our table where we perused the very reasonably-priced menu - an hour later, when we hadn't seen the waitress again, my husband asked if there was a problem. He was told very bluntly that we had to order at the bar and that the girl who showed us to our table should have told us that! No apology, no offer to take our order there and then. After waiting all that time we were pretty upset and would have walked out except that we were very hungry by then. Will not be back.

very friendly place and the staff are quite happy to stand and talk pets for ages. They also know their products and have a great range. I am quite pleased to browse this store even when I don't particularly have anything in mind to buy.

When the coffee club first started there, we had a few not-so-great experiences (the poached eggs where hard, the coffee not so hot, the mushrooms still cold from the fridge, etc. However, the place and its staff and staff training are now top notch and you could not find a better place to meet friends.
