We have a luxury cruiser. That we live on, dive from sometimes and fish from on occasion...yes I know, it is a only a boat but it is our home. The boat is fully carpeted and the carpet is a light grey color. Unfortunately when we were fishing we got stinking bait over it and squashed into the carpet. After we (unsuccessfully) tried to attend the job ourselves, we were left with a stinky carpet and we couldn't remove the smell. I saw a voucher from my shopping and thought I'd run the problem past the boys at GoClean. it was an unusual request and I thought they would say the job was too small. The young man came to us armed with a cheerful nature and won us over even before he fixed up our mess. i think he was called Brad. He wasnt worried about having to climb onto the boat to perform the work. Not only that, he deodorized the carpet and voila...no more smell and carpets fully restored to a new condition. We then brought some spot remover and some other products for any quick emergency fix. I couldn't recommend them more highly, especially their willingness to listen to our problem, and we're not dismissive at all. And to this day no more smell...you gotta be grateful for that!
