After my family had used them previously for the funerals of my grandparents, when my mother unexpectantly passed away, we decided to contact them to conduct her funeral. The service was great up to the day of the funeral and we paid the invoice, since then the service from this firm has been poor to say the least. I would not recommend using them in the future.
