Excellent customer service. Once we arrived the branch really late, 15 mins before it close. But the staff greet us in friendly. They even provided extra help which we didn't intend to ask for because of the time. And we ended up stay there for 45 mins, that was 30 mins pass their office hour. But the staff are really friendly since they know we hardly get to the branch unless my husband left early from work like that day. They even helped in entertain our kids by giving them a money box for free.

We've been there 3 times and decided no more. Price are expensive but not much food variety. We went there mainly for the crab but they don't have them all the time. So possible disappointment.
Our last experience was tragic, there was crab a/v. And we ate a lot until my husband found that he lost his ring, the wedding ring. We thought he might lost it while he wipe his hand with the paper towel. So we talked to the manager and asked to check their kitchen if possible. He act like not interested/helpful at all even it was the wedding ring! But finally he let us into the kitchen because my husband's insist. He said the garbage had been removed anyway. But it is late evening and we don't believe garbage will be collected at that time, then he lead us to the backyard and show us the bags of garbage. So my poor husband searched the garbage all by himself (I was with kids). Once there were other kitchen hands wanted to help but been called back by the manager!
Finally he searched for hours and nothing found. So we end up went back home and see the ring was in fact sitting in front of the computer. But the manager offered no help at all and not even asked us to leave a telephone number or anything.

They have story times for young kids twice a week which is very good and user friendly.
Their books are ok, even some of them are old but they do have some new one as well.
Staff are responsible. Once I received a notice of book overdue which I believe I've returned them on time. So I called and talk to one of their staff. After hearing to me, she went out and look for the book on the shelf but unfortunately she didn't find it so she suggested me to wait few more weeks to see if other person will return it or not. Then we hang up. But just about 15 mins later, she called me back and said she found it. Because she went double check it on the computer and found that it was a children board book rather than paperback, then she went out and check it on the board book session and found it. She even apologised for her mistake! Very responsible staff and try their best to solve a problem. Really appreciate their attitude.

Woolworths in Getways is good. I go there nearly once a week. Clean and tidy store. Staff are very friendly, they greet you in a way that makes you feel they really remember you.
The store are big and with good numbers of variety products which is definitely a place I will shop if I am in a hurry because of their variety that I don't have to run around in other places.
They have "surprise" discount which is something not on their weekly catalog. And quality of products, even those surprise discount one, are good. A trustworthy store to go.

Kathmandu gave people an impression of higher end product because of its store presentation and price. However it doesn't worth it in Peppermint Grove store.
I believe their quality is good but there are always faulty made one. It is not a matter if the staff deal with it properly.
We once brought a self-inflating mat of their brand for our kids, which is not cheap even on discount $70-80/each. But one of the plastic cap was broken, although it is still operable since we can use the metal cap inside but we were not happy since it is not cheap, we bought it brand new and never been used. And why we've to break our skin by the metal cap because of their faulty made. So we brought it back for an exchange. We show the staff that the mat had never been used because the folding lines are still there and we went back within 2 days. But the staff comment that "it is still usable" with a look on his face like we were making a fuss! But we insisted an exchange and finally got it. But we left the store like we were "fussy customer"! We say we'll never go back.

Products are really cheap when it first open! But the price gone back to similar as other supermarkets now (about 6 months since it open).
Quality of products can be tricky, those cheap cheap one usually are no good. It's either much smaller in size (e.g. broccoli, nectarines, avocado etc), with bumps/lumps or it is those kind of nearly off that you've got to eat them within 2 days.
They do have good quality products, but they will be around similar price as the supermarket ones. So why risk?
Only that the milk is still a bargain there, currently selling $1.79/2L always. But who knows how long it will last?
And the location is not as easy, no other shops around at all.

BCF in Myaree is a good place to shop for outdoors gears. Place is clean, product display tidy. They provide some good discount to members, and member joining is free! Once I brought a children camping table for just $5!
Good number of tents and bedding on display. They even produce their own brand of camping gears like self-inflat mattress and stretchers which are of good quality (I use their mattress while my husband use their stretcher and find them both good), their brand products are cheaper and I find it the same quality as the other famous brand.
Their staff are ok, even though there is not many staff around but they do greet you and answer your questions promptly on approach. At least we feel welcome in the shop.

Koorong is great place to shop for Christianity books, supplies or just to sit and relax in their coffee shop. There is also a children lock up playground next to their coffee shop with entrance through their shop inside. So security is not an issue at all.
Staff are friendly, knowledgeable about their products and helpful. Once they even provide my husband with suggestions as of what books to buy.
They are honest, once I ordered a few books online through their website. When I received the books, one of the them have a further discount label at the back. Which is something didn't come up online while I ordered. So I read the receipt they posted me together with the books and found that they've charged the price with that further discount. Even the original online receipt I've got were in a slightly higher price.
They have 20% discount store wide few times a year, so go check out on their website and wait for the discount.

BigW in Getway is a comfortable place to shop, staff are friendly. There is always a lady standing next to the entrance and she smiles to every customer who came into the store. One time she even introduced a new face care product to me while I was looking at those in the beauty session which is right next where she stand. And the product display in the store are clean, tidy and organized.
There is a discount session on display sometimes outside the store. Which is good especially the discount is on the right product coming out at the right ime, say many $1 toys just before X'mas. Otherwise it is children clothings at a bargin price most of the time.

Getaway Outdoors in Canning Vale just dosen't feel right. The place is dusty, especially the tents and other camping gears upstairs. And also some of the products downstairs like the kitchenware session. Also staff not friendly, they didn't even greet us when walking straight into us. There was a lucky draw which customer can fill in a form at the entrance, but we only find it out from another customer! We brought something and paid at the entrance, but the staff even didn't mentioned anything about the draw! That was another customer who was filling in the form told us about that.
