Possibly the worst pumpkin soup I have ever had. A gallon of pepper overpowered everything. It was inedible.

Food is very much hit-and-miss. Good prices for reasonable meals, with the odd one that is not good at all. But certainly a generous feed for the price.

The restaurant was nearly empty so there was no excuse for the extremely slow service, which, when it came, did so without any pleasantries or even a smile.
The food was bland with one person describing the jelly slice as having enough gelatin to keep her rigid for weeks. The orange cake was doughy. The coffee was good but the tea was lukewarm (probably related to how long it took to arrive). Not returning

Gorgeous place where you can always find a seat. Limited but enjoyable menu that always provides something you will enjoy. A tad overpriced - but given that you can then wander upstairs through the gallery, or through the garden nursery attached, or the darling little gift shop - it is an experience that is worth it. Highly recommended

Fantastic place to meet over lunch or coffee. I would be here a few times every month. Comfortable. Welcoming. Relaxed. Great ambience. Great to hear so many others making the same choice as a place to meet.

Afternoon meeting. Couple of hot chocs, tea chai. All fine. Went to pay and refused to split the bill. Their reason was they could not afford to make people wait while they did that. but THERE WAS NO-ONE ELSE in line and only two other people there! We asked for them to reconsider. Rude refusal. One colleague stated disapproval. No anger just disapproval, and walked outside. As I completed paying (after taking MORE time to get money from each than would have happened otherwise) the cashier then was rude about my colleague. It was awkward and unnecessary. I meet in cafe's as my main modus operandi. It was my recommendation. Not Cocco - ever - again

Pleasant managers and cheap BUT I can only imagine the crush in the single shower block when this park is full... and only two washing machines and two dryers - one of which does not work... it must be a real bun fight. We stayed in winter but the ground became waterlogged very quickly in the rain so mud was a real problem.

A small quiet park with your own en-suite. Owners went out of their way to oblige. Excellent support. Not the cheapest, and if you have young children the bigger parks may be better - but for a couple - this park is your best choice in L.E.

Used to love this place but recently disappointed to see the prices go right up and the quality go down. Serving potato crisps as the main side to a meal! Really you are kidding?
