In an emergency Stephen or Robyn will see you immediately, and can usually fit you in that day even when it isn't an emergency. The girls on reception never forget a name and even send out get-well-soon cards if they know you are unwell. It is a very family-oriented atmosphere.

After having several sets of photos taken for passports, at various locations, I was advised to have them taken at Jade Studio. I was told "they never get them wrong" by the Post Office, who has to process the passports. This was confirmed by the owner. He told me he has never had anyone come back to have photos redone. He took a good photo the first time around, and it was perfect according to the Post Office.

Every time I have an overseas parcel to send these guys give me the best options in terms of how I can reduce the postage cost by packing my items differently, using other mailing forms or spreading the items over more parcels.
