This place has definitely gone down hill...I use to come here after school to eat as it was affordable, but I don't even go here anymore, no matter how cheap it is. The choices are limited, the sushi isn't even fresh, even the atmosphere isn't good. I'm surprised they are still around.

Food is good, sashimi is fresh and tempura prawns are nice. Service is good. The waitresses always came to us with a smile. Not a relaxing environment though. Tables are close to one another. Noise is still bearable.

The best place for a quick lunch or dinner. Fast service and the portion size is spot on. Some sashimi and one of their lovely little bowls of udon fills me up and I always leave satisfied having only spent $9.50! Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights are always very busy but just write your name on the list at the door, it's totally worth the wait.

I love this place! I have been eating here for about a year now and I thought they deserved a shout. The chef always shows genuine concern for the quality and freshness of his food. I am served without fail with complimentary sashimi while I wait for my lunch. The mixed lunch boxes are always different, delicious and cheap at $9 a pop! I even had the restaurant cater a function for me with glorious sushi platters. A must if you haven't visited yet.

Not a bad location, decor is OK and the service is quick enough. But not good value for money and this is the main issue. Firstly, tepid miso soup has never tasted good so that was not a good start. The agedashi tofu was a rip-off. To pay $5 for two tiny pieces of tofu is terrible and while it tasted OK, it just too expensive.

I've dined here quite a few times and I always enjoy ordering from their drink menu. The staff are friendly, though my boyfriend begs to differ, however, that is only because they ignored him haha. The food is presented well and also tastes pretty good too.

The place may not be fancy but it is the food that counts. The food is very similar to what you would find in Japan and hence has a large Japanese following. Everything is fresh and the service is fast and friendly.
