Very friendly service and reasonable prices. "Coffee & cake" for approx. $3.90 is not bad! Several of us (mothers) go there after dropping our children at school in the morning at least once a week for a chat and coffee break.

I send boxes all over Victoria from my home-based business. I started using ego.com.au over 2 years ago. I sent in access of 50 boxes in a year. The first year was good and I was happy with the saving, up until 4 months ago when they started charging my credit card some extra payment for boxes that I sent over 4 weeks earlier. They never gave me satisfactory explanation except that one of the boxes I sent was not the right measurements. I let it go the first time but... when they did it again the second time! I was not happy. To charge me extra for a parcel that was sent a month earlier? They never answered my email for that. Very disappointing! I had to go to my bank and changed my credit card, because that's the only way to stop them from charging me anytime it suits them. Beware of them.
