Best Anti-Ageing Spa Clinic I have ever been to. I travel from another state to go to LAB Spa Clinic, because I don't trust anyone else but them. The staff are fantastic, knowledgeable, consistently excellent and have the perfect relaxing touch AND deliver results. The environment is beautiful, sumptuous and renovated to such a high spec. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I first went for an infusion and eyelash tint at Lady At Bay during the week. My skin looked amazing even a few days afterwards! My lashes had colour from tip to root(hardly anywhere manages to do this). The therapist kindly informed me my skin was dehydrated, which I was very thankful for, as I didn't realise, and I know dehydration can develop into lines(which I don't want!). So I decided to go back a few days later, have another infusion,combined with this awesome anti ageing light they have. I was feeling not myself, so I also opted to have a massage to perk me up. Oh my god!.....I fell into a relaxed coma (which is very unusual for me as I've been in the beauty industry for years and I'm not easy to please!). I've tried the cheaper Thai and Chinese massage places, but seriously, the few extra dollars paid at Lady At Bay,is nothing, for all the extras you get. For example-relaxing music, warm room, clean and beautifully smelling linen, super comfortable bed, the expert hands and technique of the therapist etc.etc. I actually felt like she genuinely cared about me. The products I have used from Lady At Bay, and the treatments I've had, give Real results. Customer service was excellent and the staff are elite.
