Michael's team installed a new Braemar ducted heater and thermostat after my old Brivis heater carked it. Michael arrived when he said he would and was very polite and personable. I wasn't home when it was actually installed but my dad was and he was pretty impressed with the installers. They were also very polite and professional. It's been almost 3 months since I've had my new heater and touch wood everything's working fine so far. The only thing I'd suggest is to obtain a written quote which I forgot to ask for. We'd verbally agreed for a filter to be installed as well and somehow the wires got crossed and that hadn't been communicated to the installers. However that wasn't a big deal. The installers went out and bought a good quality one straight away and put it in with no fuss and bother. I would definitely recommend Michael and his team on the basis of service and value for money.

Mitch came out and cleaned the carpets in 3 bedrooms and a rug. He arrived when he said he would and was very personable. Professional attitude and knew what he was talking about. The carpets looked fantastic afterwards and he took the time to put paper underneath the wooden furniture to make sure the wood wouldn't stain the wet carpet. Would definitely call him again.
