The meal took over an hour to be served, when we finally got it, the food was disgusting. The service was pathetic and the nightclub, dont even get me started on the morons who go there and the morons who run the trashy, sleazy slime pit!

I would have to say the other 2 people have hit the nail on the head with this one! And I'd better worn everyone, I have been travelling to Geelong where they have already brought in the MyKey tickets and they have had a few mix ups but they are a very well run company down here and to think that a lot of their buses are the same company as up here would blow people away from Geelong! I think people would be thinking what went wrong between Geelong and Ballarat! The Ballarat company is that badly organised I would hate to see them trying to use the new MyKey as well. Sorry I dont think thats how u spell it but as long as you know what I mean then it dont matter!!!

We have been searching Geelong for rental properties for the past 3mths and over the past time we have applied for 8 properties, I have great rental history and I am currently paying $220pw. True I am unemployed and just surviving, but I have applied for houses mainly around $160-180pw, which would make it so easy on myself and partner! My main issue is that I cant start work untill I move to Geelong and these stupid estate agents wont lease a property to us because we are unemployed, of course they havnt said this but they dont have to, considering in that past 3mths we have made around 6 other applications for houses through different agencies and its taken a few days for them to get back to us, but yet it doesnt take Barry Plant even 18hrs to get back to us with a automated disrespectful sms message telling us that we have been unseccesfull for the property due to the 'landlords decision'???? So this is basically saying that all 8 landlords dont like unemployed people which is the 'ONLY' problem, otherwise we can afford these properties with ease, we have absolutely no rental blemishes and we pay our rent on time every week. So what about a job? I have told them I will have one when I move!!!

I have shopped there many of times, I have always received great service and the games which I have purchased have always been in good condition, plus you get a free disc clean for every game you buy, which his disc cleaner is top notch, I had a game which was badly scratched, he cleaned it and I havnt had a problem with it again ever!!!

Now unlike Coles this is great place to shop, everthing is where it should be, the shelves are always stocked with fresh produce, the service is fantastic, theres always someone there for advice, not that you need it and it very clean and fresh!

I have always enjoyed shopping at Cole's no matter where I have been. This Cole's in Ballarat is a very clean and reasonably efficient store. The thing that lets them down is some products are hard to find and when you do find them, they're in a really weird place, and if your down the back of the store in the fridge section dont bother asking for help, I have shopped there many of times and not once been able to find someone for advice or directions down there. I have had a great run in the way of about the last 5 cole's supermarkets I have been too they've had mature aged, respectable empoyee's, but this one is let down by its overwhelming number of 14 to 16yo kids who are just as smart as a wooden plank. Wake up Coles, employing underage kids is so 90's.

Very friendly indeed, sensational food for a cafe, very nice service, great location, not too badly priced, probably one of the top 2 cafes I have visited in Ballarat, definantly return.

The food specials are really good, but that is the only reason I would ever go there.
The nightclub is pathetic. Once the place gets busy, I would agree with Queenbitch, I went into the male toilets and found broken glass everywhere, beer and alcohol on the floor and people dealing drugs as if they were just buying something legally in front of the bouncers as well. Way too many intoxicated people, and the bar chicks are really bitchy and way underweight!!!!

They are a good place to go for friendly English atmosphere, great people and music, rarely any trouble around there! The smoking area is too small, and the food is way over priced, if I am gonna spend that much on food I expect it to be the best.
