I live in Deer Park and the reception by indoor antenna can be quite bad if you have interference from the neighbourhood ( microwave, vacuum cleaner, traffic, wireless signals, strong wind). I bought the basic tiles for $27.50/ m2 and it's very simple, nothing fancy. The bottom line is that it's cheap and I got a lot of input from my consultant - Jennine who is very charming and helpful. Especially in deciding the grouting colours, she helped me decide to go for a darker tone of grouting while still highlighting the tile.

It turns out all right when the tiling is done but I don't appreciate her input until I talked to another neighbour who chose a lighter tone for grouting and the colour was uneven (poor job by the labourer) and it looks disgusting.
