First and last visit to this salon. They spent 4 hours trying to fix my color. If you want mediocre balayage color, go to circles in Subi. I'll be going back to my previous hairdresser to get this fixed. The worst experience and the first time I've walked away from a salon in tears. Not the birthday treat I had hoped for :( No discount offered, terrible hairdressers and service. The excuse I was given was that the hairdresser doing my hair was returning from Maternity Leave and was not meant to be doing hair that day... Not a paying customers problem.
