Penny recently feathered my eyebrows. I am thrilled with the result. The shape is now much more prominent and frames my eyes perfectly. Penny was very thorough throughout the treatment, measuring constantly and checking that I was happy throughout the procedure. Penny works quietly and calmly. She is extremely professional - which always gives me confidence that she's concentrating and is very serious about achieving a wonderful result for the client.
