Used Wilco to replace a pergola fan. We thought the price was expensive and were told we had a call out fee regardless so we paid the electrician and then a day later rang the company to ask why a simple job cost so much. The manager would not answer our calls to talk to us. Only accounts who stalled by saying the electrician who did the job was on holidays, back but not contactable and then no longer with the company. So after 2-3 months still had not discussed it with their management and they then offered a discount the next time we use Wilco. That won't be happening and we warn others about this company that takes your money but won't discuss any questions or complaints. Buyer beware !
