Good, authentic Italian food, which can be hard to find round these parts. The woodfired pizzas are great and they have a huge range of pastas. The staff are very helpful and attentive.

it's great to see some Mod Oz food making it's way to Penrith. My only fault would be the service, we went for a birthday and had an awful time trying to get the waitstaff's attention. One member of the party didn't receive his meal. None of the waitstaff noticed and it took us a good fifteen minutes to get someone's attention so the poor bloke could eat.
The food is very good, but they don't need to serve as much. I started forcing my entree on people because I knee I wouldn't be able to eat my main otherwise. Fine dining doesn't need steakhouse sized servings.

A great way to sell wines. They are all small wineries and overruns, but there is no risk as they let you try every wine they sell before you buy. The staff are great and really helpful and the prices are incredible. A real gem, I just wish they had moved to Sydney with us.

Gorgeous views and gorgeous food. It sits on top of a surf club, so it is basically right on the beach. This is our favourite Cronulla restaurant. We liked it so much we even got married there.
The service for the wedding was just as good as for the dining. The food was as good as it normally is and the staff bent over backwards to make sure we had a great day.

A good local clothing shop. They are squarely aimed at the under 30s. They have a mix of cloth4es, some are fairly cheap and not great quality, but there are also some real gems. The owner is always really friendly and the clothes are on trend. I found it was a great place to shop for clothes when I didn't want the hassle of going up to Miranda. I even bought my the outfit for my 21st here.

Whilst the decor is a little naff (it reminds me of a cheap Greek beach niteclub) the food, drinks and atmosphere are excellent.
The bar food is very good, it is cheap and filling with imagination. I would highly recommend the Wisdom Burger, although it was better when it was Buffalo. Hint, hint.
They have a good range of beer, wine and cocktails. They have an excellent range of world beers, if you can make it through, them you get your name on the Wall of Wisdom. Although you don't nee to do this all in one night.
The outdoor tables are the best spot. They are in a lovely tropical garden with a huge old tree in the middle. At night you can feed the possums that live in the tree. If you're new to town, indoor has aircon so you don't pass out.

Our favourite Darwin restaurant. I woould go back there just for a meal at Char. It is pricey, but it is fine dining, so you get what you pay for. The steaks are great and their meals use great modern flavours. It's great to have a restaurant like this in Darwin.

A Darwin institution and rightly so. A great Chinese restaurant, they have a separate take away entrance which is always nice for us slobs. A huge menu, whilst not innovative, the food is all of very high quality.

Great food, but not great value. Quite expensive, although most food in Darwin is. They are4 great for dine in or take away. All of their food is very fresh and the flavours are lovely. My favourite Thai restaurant in Darwin.

An excellent vet. They have a few vets on staff, we didn't stick with just one, but found all of them to be great. They are great with the animals and we were really happy withg them. i would recommend them highly to anyone who is new to the area.
