I have chosen to separate this rating into 2 sections: service and everything else.

Ill start with the "Everything Else" because i can sum it up as fantastic! Food was delicious, very good value for money and a great atmosphere.

However the service at this place is shocking! They could easily use another 2 wait staff members per service. Every time i go here i find that i only ever have the chance to order the 1 drink when my meal order is taken and that the wait staff do not "check up" on the table at all after meal orders have been placed. The staff are even slow to bring out the bill. I would be a much happier customer (and I'm sure the vegie bar could make a lot more money) if the staff allowed customers to order more drinks and were more attentive, the staff could also brush up on their people skills and an attitude make over wouldn't go astray.

Upon walking in i waited with my 2 guests at the entrance for at least 5 minutes before we were greeted and showed to a table. As there were only 4 other groups seated i was unsure why we were left standing in the door way for so long. Once we were given menus I felt like i had stepped back in time. I am not a meat eater and not since the 90's has this been a problem however at the Elsternwick there were ZERO vegetarian options in the "mains" section of the menu! I asked the waitress if there was a chance the chef could make up a meal for me, she went to check it out and came back to let me know i could order a cesar salad without bacon or i could order the arancini balls.... FOR A MAIN MEAL. I did not order either of these and instead went home hungry. Although the waitress was apoliogetic my empty stomach did not care.

I know it is not a mortal sin to not try and cater to all customers personal food choices and preferences however in this day and age i did expect a little more.

Additionally before we had even been seated i had noticed that the whole building smelt as if the toilets had overflowed. I have a strong feeling that it may have been a blessing in disguise that we chose not to order food!

I have heard great things about this dentist but i have to say overall i found it to be pretty average. The actual clinic is very stylish, clean and modern. The dentist i saw and the dental nurses were pretty keen to chat to each other and about each others teeth whilst i sat there being ignored. There was nothing "wrong" or "dissapointing" with my visit..it just really didn't have the WOW factor at all.

i HATE going to this Coles but as it is the closest one to my house i do. The produce in the fruit and veg section is hardly ever fresh! and the range of food pathetic (what supermarket doesn't have sweet potato?) Between 9:00am and 11:00pm the store is over crowded with rude shoppers and if you happen to be there on a Friday between 4:00pm and 6:00pm you can expect a 10 minute wait at the check out.

Front and back yard mowed. That was all i required however i can not submit this review without posting 150 characters here and i would really like to post this review as i was highly impressed with the price and efficiency of Jim's mowing.

I am reluctant to let everyone in on this bank as it is the only bank i have been to where 6 times out of 10 there is no ques and on 3 out of the other 4 times there has only been 1 or 2 people in front of me.

I visit this bank weekly and all of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Additionally as i go in there all the time they know that i am not interested in a home loan and all those other things bank tellers try to offer you and have stopped asking. i no longer dread going to the bank.

I went into this shop at 9:30am on a weekday. There was no one else in the shop and 2 sales assistants. I browsed around for approx 4 minutes then found what i wanted and looked at the sales assistants to get their attention. I waited another 2 minutes but these 2 assistants clearly more interested in finishing their conversation on late night TV viewing then assisting with my purchase. I left the store and did not buy what i wanted despite the face it was cheaper than other stores i had looked in.

I found a stray cat which i decided to adopt and care for and took her in for a general check up. The vet i saw gave her a complete check up and noted that she did have some gum disease i couldn't afford the operation my cat needs to clean the teeth and the vet was very understanding of this and offered several other alternatives that i may be able to try before resorting to the operation and even suggested the lord smith animal hospital as an alternative as it may not cost as much. I found that the vet seemed to actually care about my cat and also about my financial restrictions as well.

The people here are amazing! So professional, highly qualified, talented and friendly! I have been there several times with pictures of what i have wanted and they have recreated the style perfectly for me and other times i have been in there and just let them go for it and have never been disappointed and always been keen to show off my new style!

Best place i have ever eaten at! and i know that sounds like such an exaggeration but honestly the quality of the food was fantastic and it was prepared and cooked so well. The staff knew about the menu and the food they were serving and were attentive to our tables needs. I'd recommend checking out their website which has a copy on the menu and it is a very descriptive menu and gives you the exact idea of the foods they serve!
