First time at this salon. Did a lovely job on my hair, good cut and colour- by 2 different staff members. They served wine and cheese and nibblies as well-nice touch. The let down though was the 3 hour and 40 minute time factor. Don't think I will go back again, there is simply no need to be at a hairdressers for that length of time for a cut and full head of foils. Frustrating.

I have had a few cuts and colours here now and have been happy with the service provided. Have never had to wait over my appointment date as yet-thats always good. I have had 3 different women cut my hair and all have done a good job and I have walked out satisfied each time. The parking is easy, the atmosphere friendly and quality and service very good. The only negative I have (and this is standard to nearly every hairdresser i have ever been too) is continual leaving to the answer the phone whilst getting your hair done, just a bug bear of mine, but really can't be helped I guess. I am happy with this place and hope to become a regular over the years.

I shop here regularly for my larger than life boobs. Caro always offers me great service, turns on the heaters in the change room and goes the extra mile to find something to fit (not an easy task). The shop itself and the change rooms are looking pretty tired but there is plenty of room to move in the enormous change rooms. If you have big boobs this is the place to come and get fitted.

I went in to get a standard eye test and came out needing glasses for reading and concentrated work. I was in shock to say the least. However the staff, from Michael who did the initial eye test to Vince who assembled my glasses and Katrina who fitted them and helped me choose them, the service was friendly, professional and exacting. Throughout every step everyone was kind and supporting. A particular heads up to Katrina who helped me honestly and expertly help me choose my frames-thanks :) As these were my fist glassed I really couldn't mark the value or the quality higher than 3 stars 'cos I don't have a comparison, however I will definitely choose to use this service again.

After much deliberation I purchased a Park Avenue Modular lounge from Plush in Frankston. Parting with a lot of money you want to make the right choice and I have to say that the staff were so knowledgeable on their couches that they gave me the confidence that I was purchasing the best couch for us. I made several visits into the store and spoke to several sales people and all were extremely helpful/friendly and patient with us at all times. The couch was custom made for us (11 weeks)and we chose an ultimate leather-which is completely gorgeous. I paid extra to get "Plush Shield" and that has already been worth the little bit extra it cost. My daughter scratched a huge mark with her school shoes across the leather on the seat and they sent someone out to the house and fixed it without any hassles and now it is as good as new . The couch is standing up very well to a few kids and 2 adults, although I clean it regularly with the pack they give you. Everything from the initial purchase through to delivery was flawless the only minor thing is that 11 weeks seemed a long time to wait, but it was worth it in the end.

This is a lovely store to experience as a shopper. I have bought a coffee table & a tv unit on separate occasions. The quality is great. Much of the furniture is asian-indian inspired but not the usual cheap Bali look. Good heavy well constructed furniture at reasonable prices.
The shop is quite large with a great variety of items and lovely displays to inspire.
This is my favourite Cafe in Frankston (along with Mclelland art gallery cafe) by far. It is really nice for Brunch as they do yummy breakfasts and it is a great place to catch up with friends or read the paper on your own with a cuppa and muffin.
The menu changes a bit which is great and they offer proper sit down lunch meals as well.
The food is better than most cafe's in Frankston because it is more sophisticated (tasty) than a toasted sandwich. The variety and quality is great and it has a lovely vibrant atmosphere with plenty of artworks to peruse.
I find this bakery pretty average. Nothing bad about it but nothing WOW either!. Service is pretty good, even when it is busy they seem to get through the customers quite quickly. There is nothing out of the ordinary here the cake range is pretty standard, pies and sausage rolls are average too. OK but not great.
The photography session was interesting I had a very bad tempered 18 month who was not co-operative at all, but the photographer Mark got some good shots.
I wish I had thought about the shoot more beforehand as to what kind of shots I wanted as he seemed to need direction from me.
The wait for the photo's took about 6 weeks which I thought was excessive-they don't do the framing on site.
However the finished product were framed beautifully and the canvas print I had looks beautiful.
I thought the pics were quite expensive but they do gorgeous despite my little boy trying his best to sabotage each photo. He managed to capture his best image.
I have been buying my meat in bulk here for a couple of years now and travel from Frankston to get here. The service is great and they help out with cooking times, advice etc...
The only gripe I have is they total up your bill with pen and paper so there is no cash register receipt. It can make it hard to check your prices, however saying that I think you get great value for your money here.
Also some of the marinades containing garlic are pretty strong, so I avoid anything pre flavoured.
But I can say I have never had a dodgy steak from here.
