Earlier this month (Jan 2014), we moved from Melbourne to Central Western NSW – We chose Allen Moving & Storage after looking at WOMO, and after Ben Allen came to quote for the job. The three young men who arrived to pack up our possessions on moving day (Dean, Anton and Matt) were hardworking, professional, obliging and good humoured. The next day (day 2) Dean and Anton drove the truck loaded with our possessions to our new home, a trip of more than 11 hours, and unloaded them in the increasing heat of the following day (day 3), again with professionalism and good humour. The load was beautifully packed. There were no casualties. We were sorry to say our goodbyes to Dean and Anton as they set off to drive back to Melbourne that same day. We have no regrets for having chosen Allen Moving. Thanks Ben, and especially Dean, and Anton, and Matt.

We found John through WOMO. He showed enthusiasm and respect for our thoughts and opinions on the relatively small but nevertheless tricky jobs required on our largely original 1940's home. He kept us advised throughout and followed up after completion to ensure we were satisfied. His willingness, ‘can-do' attitude, care and attention to detail are rare to find. In short, good old-fashioned quality service with a smile and all at a very reasonable price

Balwyn Locksmiths firstly advised us on suitable deadlocks for two doors on our home and then Daniel came and installed them. He was punctual, cheerful and obliging, and answered all our questions on security and other related matters. He did a good job and cleaned up after completion of the work. We would not hesitate to use this company again.

Hugh came on time, was friendly, polite and courteous. He did the job (repair of a leaking pipe joint) quickly and efficiently despite the difficulties of under floor access. The work area was left clean and tidy and all rubbish removed. When completed, he explained what he had done. He also freely gave advice on a couple of other potential jobs. The price paid is considered very reasonable. It was a pleasure to meet someone who is enthusiastic, efficient and happy to be providing a good service.
