Ordered from here on valentines day (knowing it would be busy ordered early) for delivery, told it would be 45 minutes. After an hour called to find out where the order was however no answer, 2 and a half hours later the food finally arrived with no explanation, apology or offer of a discount for the inconvenience. The food was not even slightly warm when either. Understandably a busy day but such poor form and 2 and a half hours! No one to answer the phone? Extremely disappointed

Fantastic and friendly staff who listen to what I like with my dogs grooming, my dogs always get excited to go to Dog Overboard especially the dog pool

Poor service, waited in line for 10 minutes to be told a takeaway coffee would be a 15 minute wait. Upon receiving the coffee it was luke warm and quite a weak coffee

Friendly young staff, the owners are also friendly and helpful. Food is reasonably priced with a good variety to suit everyone. Food and drinks were served within reasonable time frames as well

Kelly and the team at Opulence really go above and beyond! The stylists are always happy and friendly and really listen to what you want, I have has several hairdressers over the years but the team here really do take the extra steps to make sure you look amazing and the price is extremely reasonable

Wow, not only amazing cakes and sweets which the staff will happily help personalize, they also have amazing coffee and fantastic staff. Would highly reccomend to anyone looking for a fantastic place to have an amazing coffee and dessert

Wedding anniversary dinner, the view is amazing, the food is divine - could not find fault at all with it! However it did get busy and the service started to drop off a little but overal an amazing restaurant

We have now visited this place 3 times. Thinking that we would give them benefit of the doubt, unfortunately on every single occasion we have been extremely dissapointed. Slow/poor service, undercooked food, extremely lengthy wait times for food/drinks and somewhat overpriced for what you get. We have attempted to speak with management regarding some complaints we had regarding out experience and were basically fobbed off!!! We would never recommend this place and will certainly not be returning
