This is one of my favourite gift stores in the Bayside area. They have a beautiful range to choose from, with gifts to suit most occasions and for both men and women. I recently dropped in to buy some thank you gifts and was really happy with my purchases.

We use Westnet for our phone and internet connection. We have had such good service from them over the years. They have won awards for their good service. They beat Optus and Telstra hands down! If you ring and you don't want to wait in the queue, you can leave a message and they actually ring you back.

Kate from Little Red Shoe is a terrific designer. She has done a logo design, business cards and brochure for me and I am over the moon with the results. I would highly recommend Little Red Shoe - Kate is really talented and has a great grasp of marketing which is perfect when trying to establish or promote your business.

Prue is an amazing photographer. She managed to capture some incredible moments with my two little girls that I will treasure forever. They also offer framing, so we got three photos beautifully framed up together, they look beautiful.

We have been going to Vida for quite some time. They are a friendly, positive bunch of people and I like the way that they focus on overall wellness, not just back pain or neck pain. I started going because I was having some back problems during pregnancy and having regular chiropractic really helped.

Interestingly, my daughter, who was two years old at the time, was having a lot of problems with ear infections. The ear specialist recommended surgery to put grommets in her ears. Michael, the chiropractor, suggested that we try chiropractic for six weeks before we made a decision about the surgery and I was amazed to find that her ears cleared up. She is now nearly five and has only had one ear infection in the past three years, so the surgery was never necessary. Before this experience, I didn't know that chiropractic could help with areas of health other than the back and neck, so it's been wonderful to learn that it helps improve the nervous system, which helps improve health overall.
