i used this company to purchase freestanding wooden names that i was hoping to use on my wedding day. When i received the goods they were not to spec and i asked that they replace them with what i asked. they initially stated that they would charge me for the replacement and i said no because it was their error and not mine. they then changed their mind and said that they will replace it free of charge but i will have to pay for the postage and handling for the new names (approc $15 )and i must then send the original incorrect product back to them and also pay for the postage and handling. i thought this was very unfair as i was havinig to pay an additonal $30 extra that i shouldn't be having to pay if they had sent me the correct item ini the first place. to make matters worse when i was on the phone with the partners - they were raising their voices at me and then hung up on me after i wouldnt agree to their offer which to me was unacceptable. From the start they showed their unprofessionalism, i never received an iinvoice and everytime i would try to phone them they would not answer. i never got the chance to use my product on my wedding day even thought i had spent over $150 for the item. i would never recommend these people even though there product was ok - its just teh service was repulsive.

Great range of very formal ladies evening gowns. The gowns are gorgeous however the lady that works there is extremely pretentious and had very poor customer service skills. im not surprised the store is closing down and a smile wouldnt go astray.

I ordered my travel insurance with 'Travel Insurance Direct' twice over the Internet and it was very simple and easy. The first time i had used them i had undertaken some research to compare what each were offering and Travel Insurance Direct was definitely the more cost effective option and offered the same features that i was after.
I also made am error on the information i submitted online and i phoned the customer service line and spoke to someone that corrected the problem for me and sent me the amended insurance cover within 24hours. that was pretty good.

I cant really talk about the claim process though, because i never had to make any claims.

Not your high end wedding reception but if you are on a tight budget then this could be one of the places you can look at. I went there a few times for friends and cousins weddings. the food was standard and service wasn't the best. I didnt like the oustide location of the reception nor the walk up the long flight of stairs. Decorations can do wonders though.

Simple and humble owners who exceed in the quality of the food that they offer. This place may not have the best decor or location but the food is great with wholesome dishes, large servings and great prices. I regularly eat there and have not once left disappointed.

Great Service & yummy Food. The restaurant also has parkiing available for customers but you have to get in quick because they get taken up very qucikly!
