I was very hesitant in coming here due to I had a voucher and saw that the packages generally cost a bit more than your average salon. Due to other reviews, I took a chance and could no have been happier with my choice. Ani had a great consultation with me and thoroughly went over my hair type, discussed exactly what I wanted, and was very honest about her inability to do my hair for the price within the voucher. She could have easily thrown in a few foils as I described in the voucher and I probably would have still been mediocrely impressed and walked out feeling like I got a voucher hairdo and what should I expect? Instead, Ani sat down, explained exactly how it worked as I cried my eyes out realizing what I wanted so badly with my hair was completely out of reach. Rather than throwing me out, she worked with me to completely fix my hair with what she had to work with and discussed a plan to get to where I want my hair to be in the next couple of months. She was kind, sweet, honest, and so passionate about hair. I will definitely come back when I have the proper money and time to get the hair of my dreams and am confident that Ani will give you exactly what you ask for.
