The menu choice was amazing, making it hard to choose just what to have. It was all too tempting! The flavours of the food was so mouth watering and fresh that it made me want to have a plate that filled itself up automatically whenever it became empty. If only I had a stomach large enough to allow for that to happen... The night time ambience reminded me of restaurants I had been to in Paris, making it a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. The waiting staff were so professional and friendly. It is nice to see that the new owner has put the effort in to bringing the place back up to a level worth visiting again and again. I would highly recomend eating here.

We had our first visit tonight to Grande Forno and were welcomed as if we had been going there for years. As we were dining with our 4 year old, we arrived for an early sitting and had no waiting time for our drinks and meals to be served. We ordered the goats cheese pizza which has got to be the best pizza I have ever had in my life. An explosion of fantastic flavours in my mouth! For dessert, I ordered the tira mi su, which has got to be the best I have had from a restaurant. The hospitality we received was so warming, which made our dining experience so enjoyable. I recommend Grande Forno to anyone looking for fantastic food in humble surroundings.
