I went to Townsville for a holiday and had heard about this new place. It was beautiful and had a lovely new feel about it. I was staying 5 nights and paid cash upfront and was very disappointed that I had 2 towels to use for my stay and if I needed anymore I would have to pay $2 for each towel. Additional costs of 50c to $1 applied to items such as shampoo, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc. How trivial I thought. I would prefer to be charged a little more per night and be supplied with the essentials I need for 5 days!
