Probably the best mechanic I've ever known. Honest and hard working. I've always found his invoices to be very reasonable too. Had I not moved so far away from Maddington, I'd still be using Phil.

I needed two tyres for my Rodeo. Phoned around for quotes on Bridgestone tyres. I decided on Bob Jane, they were the best on price. The service was excellent. I will remember them when my Toyota needs new tyres soon.

Got a little cheesed off today by e pharmacy advertising free shipping when ordering goods worth more than $99.00 to find out that there's an extra charge of $8.00 for extra weight. I would call that 'false advertising'. I won't be buying from them in the future.

I bought a chipper-shredder 13hp from Able Sales for shredding tree loppings, bark and leaves. The machine is doing the job well as I expected. The bad news, one bearing destroyed itself after 3 months of operation, approximately 10 to 20 hours of running all up. Reason for break down unknown, possibly a badly manufactured bearing.
The good news, the bearing was promptly replaced under warranty no questions asked.
The machine is back on line, working hard.
I can say it was a pleasure dealing with the above company.

I have had my old Rodeo repaired by Alan numerous times and so far never had to go back with the same problem. Fixed first time, every time, in my case. He is not the cheapest as far as cost goes but deserves every dollar for his excellent work.

I have used this company in August 2010 and had no complaints whatsoever. I couldn't get used to the progressive type pair of glasses. A lady phoned and advised me but nothing worked. They gladly took back the progressives and made up a pair of bi focals and a seperate pair for computer use instead. If I remember correctly it involved extra cost but I was happy about the outcome. I will use them again in the future provided they stay price competitive.
